Electrical installations are crucial for the proper function of a home, but can become a considerable safety hazard for the residents. As an indication, our checks include, but are not limited to, checks for the proper and safe function of the circuit breaker panel, its sufficiency, the presence and proper function of a Residual-Current Device (RCD), the main power supply, as well as the proper socket wiring. Plumbing is another important check included in the Home Inspection service package. Our checks are always adjusted for each home and the needs of the client.

Through the use of a cutting edge thermal imaging camera, the residence is checked for potential lack of thermal insulation or waterproofing, the existence of thermal bridges, electrical system overheating, as well as many other applications of thermography that are always adjusted for each home and the needs of the client.

All exposed pipework is visually checked for leaks. Moreover, through the use of our cutting edge equipment we can also check for unseen leaks in embedded pipes at high risk locations, as well as anywhere there is an indication of potential issues.

The waterproofing is visually checked at locations that commonly present issues. In addition, moisture levels are checked with our specialized equipment wherever it is required, and if needed a thermal imaging camera is also used.

The condition of load-bearing elements of the residence is visually checked. It is worth nothing that residences with excessive unlawful constructions can potentially even have a lacking overall load-bearing capacity for the intended use of the structure.

The good function of the fireplace, proper construction of the chimney, as well as the presence and proper function of the necessary shutter are checked through the use of smoke producing equipment.

A check for the good function, proper maintenance, proper placement and condition of the windows and doors.

Detection of any factor that can constitute a safety hazard for the residents of the house (e.g. deficient staircase, low railing, exposed and uncovered power switches and sockets inside the bathroom).

The HVAC system check concerns the presence, proper function, condition and efficiency of the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning systems.
